About us:

 The company "Harmonija projekt" was founded in April 2001with headquarters in Valjevo town.

“HarmonijaProjekt doo”  is a design office whichprovides engineering and consulting, services in civil engineering constructionand infrastructure.

 ·        Designing and technicaldocumentation (studies, analysis...)

·        Civil Engineering ExpertEvaluation

·        Construction supervision

·        Quality control of works (Core drill, hardness-testing machine, levelling)

·        Field Soil testing (Modulusof compressibility, CBR load-bearing capacity test)

1.          Modern test equipment"incitu": light drop weight and plate, CBR - dynamic conepenetrometer.

 

Power ofattorney and licenses issued by an authorized ministries and autonomousregions:

 

1.           The License from theRepublic of Serbia (large Grand license), No. 351-02-01032/2008-07 from24.09.2009.

2.           The License from theRepublic of Serbia, No. 3363/07 from 03.11.2007.

3.           Decision to certify the License from the Republic of Serbia No. 351-02-01032/2008-07from 30.12.2008.; No.  03-1397/1 from30.03.2009., Ministry of Economic Development of Montenegro.

 Professional team “Harmonija Projekt”have 9 (nine) key staff from which 5 (five) Graduate Engineers and 4 (four)Technicians.

In the near future (1-5years) we plan:

 •        Maintaing of the spectrum and quality ofservices

•        Increase of export of services (BiH, Republicof Srpska, Montenegro, Kosovo and Metohija)

•        Highway design

•        Opening branch offices in Belgrade andNovi Sad

•        Implementation of ISO quality standard

•        Rviews of quality plans periodically andannualy.

•        Formation of association"Vagres" constructors and traffic engineers of Valjevo town for jointappearance (Bosprojekt, KIP, Geosistem)

 Mission: and main business aims of “HarmonijaProjekt” staff are quality, quantity and continuity in anti-corruption andconscientious environment as highest human, strategic and patriotic goal.

Vision: education, work, presentation andusing of acquired skills and knowledge on domestic and foreign market creatingharmonic relations on every stage (family, staff, and environment)

Strategy at several levels:

Level: education of local staff – prentices withoutexperience (knowledge is atypical for small environment, and money power smallfor engage experts from big cities). Big effort and

 Marketing is the core of goodbusiness, and for successful marketing updated information are necessary.“Harmonija Projekt” is monitoring the market, what do our competitors, andmainly who are ours investors and what are their financial power and theirplans.

 Measureswe have undertaken in this regard:

 1.           Annual subscription to theofficial Gazette Republic of Serbia

2.           Subscription to the “BalkanBusiness Network” from Kragujevac (everyday, detailed review of all tenders andinformation from our profession and area we are interested in: Serbia,Montenegro, Bosna and Hercegovina)

3.           Subscription to ADSL24-hour Internet with high speed data exchange

1.           Plan for education andtraining (professional exams, licenses, seminars, professional publication…)

2.           Public display of finishedstudies

3.           Keeping good relations withinvestitures and colleagues (marking holidays, marking jubilees, etc.)

4.           Investing of substantialfinancial resources for printing and making marketing material

5.           Financing and supportcharity, cultural and sport events

6.           Using of professionalservices outside company (faculties, institutes and other scientificinstitutions)

7.           Spreading harmonicrelations in the environment (family, neighbours, local self-government…)

Activity of the company has apositive effect on the environment. Through development of planning andtechnical documentation, lawfully we are solving problems of the environmentduring the construction phase and at measures to use built facilities.

 Commitmentto a healthy environment is reflected in the following measures:

·                    Rulebook (guidelines) forhealth and safety on work

·                    Estimate of quality(suppliers, purchasers of services and staff)

·                    All employees arenon-smokers

·                    Pleasant working atmosphere(music, refreshing drinks, new equipment…)

·                    Organizing sports (rent asport hall during the winter period, last Saturday in August sport day withlunch)
